Each recipient must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA; must have scored 23 or higher on the ACT or 1050 or higher on the SAT; must be accepted to an accredited undergraduate academic program; take at least 12 credit hours per semester; have submitted a 500-1000 word essay on how billiards has been an integral part of his or her life; submitted a letter outlining their academic achievements, leadership and/or community service work and a description of their background and career objectives.
